We are an association of Sr. Accounts Officers of Central Civil Accounts Organisation under Office of the Controller General of Accounts (CGA), Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance and are primarily responsible for establishing and maintaining a technically sound accounting system and effective exchequer control under the Departmentalised Accounting System.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
AICAOA was founded in Sep.’ 2018 and recognised by Govt. of India as per CCS(RSA) Rules’ 1993 vide Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Expenditure, O\/o CGA’s letter no. 23003\/1\/2020-NGE-CGA \/270 dated 29th August, 2022 .<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n AICAOA serves as an essential platform for officers to share their views and opinions on matters affecting them, fostering collaboration and collective actions.
