AICAOA was founded in Sep.’ 2018 and recognised by Govt. of India as per CCS(RSA) Rules’ 1993 vide Ministry of Finance, Deptt. of Expenditure, O/o CGA’s letter no. 23003/1/2020-NGE-CGA /270 dated 29th August, 2022. AICAOA serves as an essential platform for officers to share their views and opinions on matters affecting them, fostering collaboration and collective actions. It in fact, plays a crucial role in establishing the bridge between the employees and the establishment, which is necessary for understanding the viewpoints as well as limitations. AICAOA is playing a constructive role by bringing forth the perspectives and concerns of its members.

Information Flow

Provide timely and accurate flow of financial & accounting information through adopting and implementing e-governance initiatives (PFMS, DBT, NTRP, EIS, DIRGHAYU App etc.) so that maximum efficiency could be achieved.

Encouragement

To encourage, promote, safeguard and protect the interests and to take all such steps as may be considered expedient for that purpose, including the provision of legal and other professional advice and assistance to all members.

Redressal of Grievances

Redressal of all legitimate grievances of the members in regard to their Pay, Promotion, Prospects, Status, Service Conditions, Retire. Benefits etc. and to work for the advancement of service conditions of the members.

Social Media Management

Navigating the world of social media. Propagate for the issues of common interests of its members without reference to religion, race, tribe and caste and for cultural renaissance and to work without violence through mind or body.
